Designer's Statement—
Web Goddess Gallery is my personal art project, and it's a very exciting journey! A coordinated color palette, simplicity of design, ease of navigation, and careful attention to detail provide the canvas. Your artistic work becomes the message.
Georgia O'Keefe reminds us that we should— "Fill a space in a beautiful way." This my goal. |
My Work— I've created websites with photographers, painters, graphic artists, musicians, craftspeople, performing arts' groups, and schools. Each project is unique, challenging, and very much a collaboration. A well designed website provides a new venue; open to the world with just a few clicks on the keyboard. It presents a new look at your work—the way others might see and enjoy it.
Although I enjoy the personal contact in working with artists from the local area, I'm happy to communicate and collaborate electronically with distant clients. Ah, the wonders of internet communication!
Bio— I grew up in upstate New York, migrated to Florida, and eventually settled in California. I have lived in Nevada County, in northern California, for the past 27 years. Nestled in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada, we are fortunate to enjoy rural and laid-back communities, extraordinary landscapes, and a fascinating 49'er history. Even in these economically unstable times, Nevada County residents maintain a strong commitment to the arts...and for this, we thank them!
